Email templates need to be available in open Neos cases and not just in Intake Pro. Email templates were available in Trial Works. We used them heavily in Trial Works and now our staff is limited to creating their own templates in Outlook. So time consuming now and that if any firm-wide template is updated--each user is required to change it in their Outlook templates.

Neos putting standard options like this behind an upgrade makes me so cranky. This and inline PDF editing are basic functional features. All the other "features" we have to pay for to get those basic ones is a reason to consider a different CMS.
