Yesterday, I spent 40 minutes on a note, using it to analyze a complicated workers' compensation credit dispute, and Neos froze on me, so I had to logout and log back in, and all of my work in the note was lost. This was very frustrating. Neos should have been saving my work automatically as I worked. When I do remember to save my work in the notes by selecting the blue "save" button, it is cumbersome because the system closes the note every time I save, forcing me to re-open it again to continue my work.
