During Neos Staff Set Up, we should not be prompted to save until after all information is entered.
As it is now, you're required to choose a password, staff code and time zone in order to be able to save the staff profile. This is a bit strange since you have to do this before being able to add additional details of the new staff's information. Please make this more user friendly.
