Note Topic should not be required to save. If I have to enter a quick note and didn't notice I did not enter the required "topic" then the note wont save. I have written long notes before then X out thinking the note would save and it didn't. I know it asks "if i still want to leave" but I feel like it always asks me this even when I don't change anything so sometimes I close that warning too quickly.
