For all the comments on this topic over the PAST YEAR, why has this not been addressed in a release? What is the point of your "Ideas" portal if you do not listen to the needs of your users. Rather than Neos focusing on new integrations and AI, address the long-standing issues in your portal.
NEOS - please advise if there is any progress on this issue. It was available in Trialworks and the absence of this feature wastes considerable time and effort. If you are not going to change this, let us know so we can explore other case management programs.
PLEASE fix this! Can't imagine why this was not a consideration when creating Neos when it was available in Trial Works. We spend way too much time going back to check if emails were tagged. Very inefficient and impedes workflow.
We used to have this in TrialWorks. We waste so much time now checking if emails are tagged. Others don't check and we end up with duplicates. PLEASE fix this!
duplicates are bad, omissions are worse, could equal malpractice, and how do you tell your liability insurance company that you complained about this and the CMS did nothing about it.... this needs to be fixed asap; there are apps out there that could do this for Neos if integrated properly

The inability to know if an email has been tagged is very inefficient!
This is really critical to make email tagging practical. Would love to see this feature!
The duplication is bad and workflow takes longer to go into notes and verify if the email has been tagged by someone else.
