Please allow the capability to tag mulitple emails at once to a specific matter. It is too cumbersome to do one by one, especially considering the volume of emails an employee receives during the day.
This is another feature we used to have in Trialworks. We are tired of manually tagging each individual email when there are ten emails for the same client that day. It used to be so easy in Trialworks. Please fix for Neos.
our firm was told this was a feature that would get added and we signed on to Neos with that understanding as a feature to choose Neos over other options we were considering
every member of our staff would greatly benefit every day from this basic feature getting added

beyond 'must', it is 10 year old process lacking from Neos; batch processing is needed asap
I handle multiple emails a day by one client. This feature is a MUST!!!
