Ability to send documents from Case Docs tab to DocuSign that will also send the tagged document via SMS, not just email.
When sending a docusign through Case Docs Neos, it doesn’t allow for SMS like it does using a template. We really need this capability. We do a lot of docusign docs that aren’t templates.
Not sure if you've found this work around, but once you send the document to DocuSign from Neos, you can go to the upper left side, click the recipient and edit recipients. From that screen, you can add SMS and customize your message.
