You have added the cc and bcc which is great but there is not option when sending a document or an email to the client or opposing parties in a case to choose to Request Delivery Receipt and Request a Read Receipt. That is an outlook option which is useful when a party claims that a pleading or document was not sent or not received. As it stands now, I have to send from my outlook which requires two steps tagging and attaching the document from the one drive client explorer folder. It should be an option when sending from the client's case. It would save time.
I tried to do this today (tag a delivery receipt) and realized it wasn't an option. I don't know how difficult this would be for Neos to add as an option, but it would certainly be helpful for our firm.
