Delivery receipts and read receipts are important to a case for proof of service and need to be able to be saved to a case.
I tried to do this today (tag a delivery receipt) and realized it wasn't an option. I don't know how difficult this would be for Neos to add as an option, but it would certainly be helpful for our firm.
