Apply Only Intake and Unphased Checklist Items to Intake Checklists

Intake checklists currently import all of the checklist items from the Primary Checklist of a Case Type regardless of the phase. Intakes also only allow only one staff member to be assigned at a time, for Case Types with more robust checklists, this causes an issue where the staff user is then bombarded by ALL of the checklist items.

If only the checklist items that are phased as Intake or Unphased appeared within the intake checklist, then the staff user would not be overwhelmed with all of the items AND they would be able to run Checklist Summary reports that are not missing information due to the current work around of Archiving the intakes as to not overwhelm the user.

Having hundreds of checklist items in a checklist for intakes makes the checklist completely unusable. But I got an alternate that is very helpful to Checklist Item. Currently, I'm reading the metaverse cashcow which is based on the combination of virtual reality and so far the best in exploring social dilemma. So, In this way, I variated in new topics and under process with new writing materials.

We phased our intake checklist items as Intake. Then when looking at an Intake Checklist, under the Phase filter, we choose Intake. It only shows Intake checklist items. It stays that way unless and until you clear the filters. No need to clear the filter as we always want to see the Intake checklist items only.

It appears obvious that checklist items should be "phased" such that they do not display on an intake checklist 1v1 lol unless they are phased. Having hundreds of items on an intake checklist renders it useless.

It seems like a no brainer to "phase" checklist items so that they do not appear on a checklist for an intake, unless they are phased that way. Having hundreds of checklist items in a checklist for intakes makes the checklist completely unusable.
