We have more than one intake member assigned to the checklist items. In the current intake you only have the primary staff and no one else. We have an intake lead that has checklist items but she cannot do anything until it is made into a case because there is only one staff assigned during the intake phase and all the checklists go to the primary.
A benefit of adding additional staff assignment positions to an intake is when we need to assign an investigator to an intake with checklist items. The intake would remain assigned to the main person, but it would be helpful to also be able to assign an investigator separately. Now that intakes have checklists, let us take advantage of them fully.
The checklist items should also be phased so that irrelevant checklist items that only apply after an intake becomes a case do not clutter the checklist.
