Neos: Certificate of Service Paragraph should include email
The Certificate of service is a very important part of document creation. Each and every document that is filed with the court or served on a party must have the certificate of service. This cuts across ALL jurisdiction.
To Neos: This does not already exist, as you have listed. The information pulled is only the fax # and "Attorney For" information. The email does not get pulled and it should. It's important to include it in all motions. As always with Neos, we have to take the long way to get things completed because this feature does not exist, i have to copy and paste the email into my motion....this is time consuming especially when there several counsel of record on a case.
