For litigation documents, we have something called a Certificate of Service, in which the opposing counsel's names, addresses, and emails need to be. We are currently only able to template one Business, one Default, and one Personal email into the documents. We need this COS at the end of every document we submit to the clerk of courts and defense counsel. Sometimes, defense counsel has multiple people within their firm that need to be listed in the COS. We would like for everyone's email addresses to be able to auto-populate into our COS.
