Have the ability to limit an intake that is assigned to that person not who created it. Currently, if you have the permissions of yes to all of "My Intakes" for staff "ABC" and create an intake from ABC, they can view it. But if person "XYZ" creates the intake and assigns it to "ABC", then ABC cannot see it. The permission seems to be based on the Staff creation instead of the staff assigned
