NEOS: Allow audible notifications (text, messages)

That each staff can select whether to use or not. If you aren't looking at the screen, it would be very helpful to hear that audible notification or "You have a new message" so it is clear when you receive something.

Dictation in Neos

It would be amazing if the option for dictation were available for the busy attorney to be able to note or add details to the case file hands free. We here at Brent Adams and Associates would surely take advantage of such an option.

Add Note field for Phone Numbers

Neos: Add option to "Favorite" merge templates

In the instance the merge template isn't linked to a checklist item, users would find it very helpful to be able to "Favorite" their most used templates. It is very helpful when you have hundreds of templates.
