While recoding our microsoft word and pdf letters, we no longer have the ability to insert a total value of all items with a specific code. We used to be able to do this in needles. We've even reached out to a trainer and was told that isn't an option in the current neos system. All of our letters with $ amount totals must be entered manually with prompts while opening a 2nd neos window to acquire the subtotals.
