Allow Attachments to be saved to Email being sent when tagged rather than having to go to Sent folder to tag email to get documents to attach to email being sent.

When I am sending an email, I have to send the email, then go to the sent folder and then tag the email so get the documents to attach. This is very inefficient. When using Needles, I could hit "Send and Post to Needles" and never had to go to the...

See when an e-mail is posted to Neos

I would like to see that a staff member posted to Neos without me having to go to Neos to see if posted or not. This would save me a lot of time.

Column sorting in Case Docs - Folder View

Documents cannot be sorted by ANY column when using the folder view in case docs tab. You have to use the list view, then also filter by the category. Folder contents should be able to be sorted, especially by date, as that would almost give a doc...

Return to the same place in a list when returning to the list view from an entry.

Currently inside of neos whenever you are to open an entry, like a note, and return back to the list, it will take you to the top of the list forcing us to search for the document again. It would be great to see the list bring you back to the loca...

Medical Providers - Large practices provide dropdown for each location when selected in ref to or ref by as well as when added to Medical Tab.

This would decrease the amount of duplicates in the system. It can also help for settlement checks since we would have one main address for all checks to be sent to.

Auxiliary Checklist- Allow more than 5 phases. Neos allows additional phases within regular checklist but not Auxiliary for Litigation Matters.

This would allow the activity feed to work properly from start to finish when litigation is involved.
