You can filter your advanced search using "Contains", but it would be helpful to also filter out things that do not contain certain words or phrases. Specifically, I have an advanced search on my dashboard for notes that contain my @handle. Once read, I initial after my handle in the note, and I would like to add the filter to the search "Does not Contain" @handle initials, so I only see the unread @ notes on the dashboard.
