Neos- Ability to toggle between Case and Intake checklist items on Needles Today screen

Currently on the checklist summary you have the ability to filter between Case and Intake checklist items. It would be nice to see the same option available on Needles Today.

Additional Address types for providers

Currently, "Business" and "Home" are the only address type options for providers. Many have multiple locations, separate billing addresses, etc. I couldn't find a mini directory that would allow adding new items. Can you make this possible? thanks!

Create Intake from Advance Search

Currently when you search for a party, you can click on the plus sign to add a new provider or case, but you cannot add an intake. It would be great if you could search for a client and add a new intake for them right from the search field.

Notifications for Check Request

Give us the option to choose a staff member or group of staff members to be alerted when a new check request has been submitted.

Intake name blocks no longer contain prefix/suffix fields

Templates for Intakes and Cases

Would like the option to use the same template for both intakes and cases rather than having to upload the same template twice. Alternative, create the option to copy the template from case to intake (or vice versa).

Federal ID field in the case

Would like to be able to see the Federal ID in the Party Tab once the client has a case opened in NEOS. This would help to eliminate a duplicate entry into a user defined field. Also, perhaps it would allow for another form of conflict check.
