Adding customization under contacts

As it stands, there is no way to add a note under contact emails or phone numbers in the event that there are multiple contact persons on a specific case. our only options are "personal, business, mobile" and no room to add a note as to what each ...

Auto-Populate City/State When Zip+4 Added

It has been requested that when a Zip Code is added with its 4 digit extension, that the City and State Autopopulate in Neos. Currently this is not happening.

Different Boxes In Negotiation Tab For The Same Provider But Different Policy Type

Having separate boxes for each policy type or adjuster regardless of the Provider would help organize the negotiation tab. Users want to be able to Organize this tab by policy type instead of lumping all Policy Types under one Provider.

Would like to be able to create our own templates for the NOTES TAB based on the note topic.

Would like for the template to auto-populate in the note when we select that specific note topic.

Disable Call Notifications

Call Notifications clog up the Notifications on Neos and potentially block more important ones. Users should be able to disable these Notifications.

Neos: Add the ability to select all files when in folder view on the Case Docs tab

Add the ability to select all files when in folder view on the Case Docs tab like the user can when in list view. This feature helps when trying to use the Bulk Actions option on the screen.

Have a way to delete/remove an old client from the General Mailing List without having to go into settings and jumping through all the hoops. If you can add from the party tab, why can't you remove or delete. This is a time suck when you have 20 or more birthday cards returned a month for bad address's
