The preview pane the pops out of the right side of the search window when you click on someone doesn't show the full address in the "Address" section. It only shows address line one.
The search view, even before you open the preview plane, needs to show the full address. There are multiple insurance companies with the same name. We have to preview every one to find the "State Farm" we are looking for. And, when you see the preview it does not include the company name, which is an important identifier in the provider address.
