Currently you can only insert how much a bill is being reduced by in the Value section and Reductions section. There should be an option for inputting what the bill was REDUCED TO, since reductions aren't always based on a simple percentage.
You have to calculate how much you are reducing the bill by in a separate application which is time-consuming - would be great to do it all in Neos.
