Show Colors on Document Types within the Document Type Settings menu

I think it would be beneficial to see the Colors on Document Types within the Document Type Settings menu so they can all be easily referenced against each other to see what colors have not been utilized easily.

Easier Ability to Copy Notes to Companion Files

It would be helpful if notes could automatically be copied companion cases, or alternatively, a select box to do so, instead of having to use the Action function after you post the note. It's too many steps as it is.

Cloud User would like to be able to add more then one mobile cell phone in the party tab
