Mass Update: Staff Assignment

I do not want to wholesale replace a staff member. Our firm is growing and I want to re-assign some cases in bulk to a new attorney. There appears to be no way to do this through mass update, forcing me to go to all 200 cases individually to reset...

NEOS - All Subscriptions button in reporting window.

Currently there are the following buttons: All, All Favorites, and All Report Templates; however, there is no easy way for a client to see all of the reports they are currently subscribed to.

Email Tag - Search by File Number

It would be nice to be able to change the default search fields when tagging an email to Neos. To be able to search by "File Number" would be very helpful for us. That is the commonly used search number that we use for multiple programs.

Active cases only

When selecting a client with multiple cases, the active one is selected not a closed one. If there are two active cases then a pop up will occur to allow for the selection of the case you want.

The ability to drag & drop the file in the Notes tab.

We would like the ability to drag & drop our files into the notes tab, similarly to how we can do in the documents/case docs tab. This allows for an easier, more productive way to create notes with attachments.
