Open Checklist Summary

Allow Open Checklist Summary end date to be selected without setting a beginning date. You can set a beginning date without an end date; why not be able to set an end date without having to set a beginning date.

Make phone numbers include parenthesis and dashes for easy reading.

I have noticed that the parenthesis and dashes are included in the fax but not phone numbers. It makes it very difficult to read off the number or dial it into a phone if you do not have a computer based phone.

Uploading video files to Neos Case Docs tab

We have had a lot of trouble uploading video files through the case docs tab. Can there be a folder or category designed specifically for video files that we can upload them to that maybe condenses the file size?

Make Intake Fields Expandable

Intake fields as shown in the attached screenshots should be made expandable or include a toggle for such a feature such that they could display the entirety of their contents without requiring the user to mouse over them to read.

Adding Flag/Grey Header to Case Should Not Be Titled "Add Note"

"Add note" in the top right hand corner when you need to add a flagged header/grey banner is confusing with the actual Notes tab. Can it say "Add Flag" instead?
