Make phone numbers include parenthesis and dashes for easy reading.
I have noticed that the parenthesis and dashes are included in the fax but not phone numbers. It makes it very difficult to read off the number or dial it into a phone if you do not have a computer based phone.
I've noticed this is not just specific to fax/phone numbers - for us it has to do with data that was existing prior to going to NEOS, and data entered after.

This is also an issue in merge docs... the staff phone number field populates all digits together, no parenthesis or dashes.
