Single Spacing in Notes Tab

As of now, the spacing in Notes is double-spaced. It is more beneficial to have notes single spaced so it's easier to read and doesn't look like multiple rows/paragraphs.

Neos: Ability to "pin" documents to the top of the grid in Case Docs tab

rather than having to drill down/sort, would like to be able to pin important or in progress documents to the top of the list for easy access.

It would be nice if you create a user defined field that had linked information across 2 tabs in a case type. Like a field on the case tab that also appeared on the party tab that held the same dataset.

The example here is that I would like to copy a note to a few different cases. There is no way for me to do that short of searching and copying to the cases one at a time. It is just tedious.

Neos - Ability to select the calendar view

In Needles 4 and 5, each staff could select a scheduled set of time on the calendar. Example, I want the needles calendar to only show times between 9 am and 5 pm.
