With the Jan 25 Update users have to go to the Documents Tab and go to Settings to access SharePoint link for the documents of a case. Users would like to have the hyperlink in the Case Tab again for easier access.
Put the Case Folder back in an accessible spot :(
The Case Folder Link on the Case Tab that opened the folder in SharePoint was moved to:
Case>Documents Tab>Settings Button>Open in SharePoint
