Having functionality to scan document from scanner directly to a case instead of scanning and saving to local computer first.
FYI by "shipped" they mean you can do this by paying for the DocuFiler integration
Yes this is the worst feature of Neos, that you cannot do this already.
It would save time and be more efficient.
