Trialworks had comprehensive tracking reports that was essentially a key logger. Since Neos is the "upgraded version" should be able to provide equivalent for KPIs and productivity.

Audit trail on who and when the Referred By and Referred To Fields were changed Merged

These are very important fields where credit and payment may be involved and they require extra security and tracking.
