Adding a tab under the staff profile that shows their productivity for the day.
This would be not be based off being logged in or logged out but more on if the cursor is active/clicking, how many notes were made for that day, how many documents were scanned in, what was the time frame when the staff members cursor became active within Needles to when it stayed immobile for longer than 15 minutes.
This feature would be beneficial for firms to monitor remote employees and evaluate employees for promotions/raises based of productivity.

I agree. However, there are things employees buy to make their mouses move all day so it looks like they are working. So while it doesnt hurt to have it as an added feature, we definitely need to be able to track what they are doing exactly- not just the mouse moving and clicking.
Clio has an activity feed on the file dashboard- and i believe the user has their own activity feed. It needs to be any activity done on the file. Writing a note, inputting any text, opening and viewing a document, uploading documents, merging docs, any activity on tasks (notes, completion, moved date, marked done or NA, etc ) - everything. It would be great if it could also track when they change client files, when they view different tabs. If it doesn't track everything then it creates the problem that some things dont get done if its going to look like they are not working.
Please reconsider changing this status to future consideration. As what most people are asking for here is distinctly different that what is offered as an existing feature solution. Thank you.
the Activity Feed does not capture logged in or logged out events.
You can use the Staff Activity Feed Widget in "My Dashboards" section to see staff activity across all cases. Select the dashboard where you want to use, then select Edit > + Add Tile > Activity Feed. Then filter by staff member(s) you would like to view.

We really this need feature. We currently do not have a way to track productivity within this system and it is a needed feature for our firm currently.
