It would be useful if there was an Activity feed by staff report or if the Activity feed and fields within it could be used to create a Advanced Search.
This would be an extremely helpful and much needed update. It would allow Administrators to pinpoint cases that are not getting worked. The report could reflect from top to bottom those cases with the most time elapsed without activity.

Additionally, adding ability for calculations to those advanced searches would be great to see time between activity feed entries, etc.
