E-mail notifications when clients text (optional setting for those who would prefer)

The Notification Bell is disorganized and overwhelming in my opinion. The only organizing factor is the time of the notifications.

I get emails when my attorney sends me a neos message and I get emails when my clients add something to case status, but I can't get an email sent to my outlook when my clients text me for some reason. It would really help me organize my work, especially if I have clients who work late hours. I need to be able to see their texts in my email first thing when I get in instead of waiting to open Neos and slog through notifications on the bell.

Outlook is the first thing I open when I start the day and I think my clients' text messages should be there. I have my Ring Central send me emails when I miss a call or have a voicemail, so texts are part of that caliber.

Thank you for listening. Please vote for this even if you love the notifications bell! People need to manage their work and communication in a way that makes sense to them, especially attorneys who might be someplace else and can't go into Neos right away. I would appreciate it.
