Currently there is no option to specifically filter by Category in the Browse Documents section of Neos as a whole.
To clarify, there is the documents tab on any individual case wherein categories can be filtered by and there is the Browse Documents section on the left Panel of Neos where Categories are a displayed column but not a filterable field.
