As in the Trial Works (Communications Tab of the Contact Detail), would be great to have an option to see all communication with a specific contact, whether email, phone call or note. We only have the ability to see Provider Usage (cases the contact is associated with).
It would be great if we could have something similar to the communications tab from Trialworks.
Also, in the Fields tab of a document, if a contact is selected in the Fields tab, it would be helpful if that document would link in the Documents tab of the selected contact.
That would be great!
