Please add a third option to staff profile notifications settings for muting the notifications. This is an alternative if you do not want to receive the notification from Neos, nor email. Larger firms have constant notifications that don't get cleared unless you manually clear the notifications. This is distracting if if the notification remains there, and tedious if closing one-by-one.
