Please update this feature. It was much faster the way that it was done in Needles. Removing names from the mailing list is incredibly time consuming because the page refreshes after every name that is removed and doing this on high volume mailing lists is not efficient at all.
When removing names from mailing lists, the page should not refresh each time - especially when we need to remove hundreds of names at once. There should also be a way to add more columns with case information that we can easily add/view to make it easier to find closed cases . The columns should not refresh either when names are removed.
It's taking a lot of my time to remove older names from the mailing list. I wish the page didn't have to refresh every single time I remove someone. Once the page refreshes, I have to scroll again, try to find where i left off and it can become very confusing. This way is way more difficult thant it was with Needles.
This feature is ridiculously time consuming and antiquated. With every deletion, the page is reset (including the column settings) and you are brought back to the top of the list. When trying to do a mass edit, it takes an enormous amount of time to reset the columns and try to find where you were in the list to resume editing. Our mailing list has over 500 names. This feature was much easier in Needles. We could just run a report and filter out the folks we didn't want and then use that report to run mailing labels. I don't understand why we took a step backwards with this feature when upgrading to Neos.
