There is an ethics rule being interpreted that client data should be removed after 7 years of a case being closed. With some firms having thousands of cases in their histories, this is a lot of work that a bulk option could sort out. Especially in regards to the field of a Social Security number. Being able to delete case documents by a range of cases rather than going into them case by case would also be appreciated.
