The way the program is currently set up, if we withdraw a plaintiff or defendant from a case, we have to delete them from the case, so things aren't clutter and confusing. It would be nice to have a box to check (like the "minor" or "client" check box) that lists "withdrawn". For example, I have a case where we brought in 8 defendants, we withdrew as to 6 of them. I don't want to remove them, as we need a history of the defendant's but I don't want another staff picking up the file assuming these parties are still involved in the case. There needs to be better options to clarify situations like this.
