Needles should have the ability to send automatic text messages to clients to remind them of appointments. This should include date, time and location of the appointment
It would be nice if we could schedule the reminder to fit our needs.
i./e. Send reminder once appointment scheduled, requesting confirmation or if a change must be completed. // Then send reminder: 5 days before appointment, send via email/text/call, different languages. etc
agree; we try to remind all attendees 24 hours in advance, and then again the morning of the event; scheduled and missed or late appointments wastes a huge amount of time/effort; reminders are necessary; saving time with auto reminders saves even more time/effort/focus
