Calendaring across time zones is a fairly frequent business practice, and it seems the upgraded version of Needles should be able to accomodate this. Perhaps byt utilizing a drop down time zone feature to allow the user to select the timezone of the appointment like many webmeeting service providers do. We have offices in two timezones, Pacific and Mountain time zones, and staff should be able to schedule appointments in both or notate when attorneys are traveling so that reminders are sent according to local time. Errors on attorney's calendars could result in malpractice if an appointment is missed, there should be safeguards in place in the calendar.
