Currently in Neos Text messaging and Emailing are automation options, but they can only be sent to the "First Party" or the "First Insurance" entry in the case. Please add options to notify staff of updates to the checklist. For instance, when a checklist item related to creating a case is marked "Done" automatically send a notice to multiple staff assigned to the case.
