At our firm, we know that a letter was sent out if there's a PDF version of the letter instead of a Word version. Word version is draft, and then we turn it to PDF to finalize. The ability to be able to creat a PDF copy right from CaseDocs would be useful. Or somehow have the ability that if we open the word document in Word (instead of just the embedded Needles word version because it has formatting issues) - when we click save or change to adobe PDF, the Save To file would directly open up into the OneDrive file for that case. . right now we have to manually go find the case folder in OneDrive to save it in there.
Agreed--this does not exist. Please revisit this suggestion. Should not have to email the document in order to get a PDF.
I would disagree that this already exists. It only converts if you email it. That is a work around. It does not exist as the writer indicates. You have to email it to yourself to have it convert to a pdf.
