Outlook Plugin: case name search

Provide option to search by case name rather than the generic "name" Or at minimum, sort "name" results by open cases, then closed cases, then names.

Expanded functions between LawPay and Neos.

LawPay does more than invoices, can the scope of the integration be expanded upon between Neos and LawPay? Recurring billing and the like?

Ability to see the ID code in the header

We would like to see the ID code in the header so we can easily identify if a client is a spanish speaker or other assistance is required.

Neos Case Number added to Note

When we print a note, it would be GREAT if the Neos number was also printed on the note. The client's name is provided in the top right corner, but the Neos number would be equally as helpful.

It would be nice to be able to delete duplicate line items when documents have been moved or deleted.

Staring Notes

It would be useful to star and/or pin important notes in the notes tab. That way, you automotically see the note when you go to the notes tab.

Neos - Post new note to all companion cases without copying the note after it has been created

Currently, you have to create a note for 1 case and then copy it using the Bulk Action menu from the case note list view. It would be nice to see ability to attach notes to companion cases while it is being created.

Neos Intakes - Add Case Name or ability to update Case Header when spelling of name is changed

Please add a Case Name field or some way to link the potential client's name to the intake header to reflect the correct spelling when a change is made.
