Yes, currently Neos doesn't allow for partial invoice payments. I.e., after creating an invoice through Neos, the client MUST pay that full amount due because there is no partial payment option or no current avenue to reduce the amount due today
It would be great is Neos would link with LawPay's existing open-payment option, to allow clients to enter their own payment amount, rather than restricting them to the amount listed on the invoice sent through Neos.
This exactly, we take recurring billing as we don't just do retainers, we do payment plans for the cost of the lawsuit. So, we have to input by hand each transaction into Neos.
