Have "Memo" Box Populate in Settlement Memo

When we make a settlement disbursement, it only populates the name of the provider and the amount. We use the "memo" box for the account number and need it to populate there, but it does not. That would be very helpful.

Additional Header Options

Include Neos Staff in List of Recipients when emailing form Docs tab
