Add ability to double click case number from message preview

It would be nice to be able to double click a case number while merely previewing a message and be able to have that take you striaght to the file. Currently, you have to completely open the message and double click the case number.

Email Type

In Providers it would be helpful to be able to type a description in Email Types, instead of choosing Business, Other, Personal, like we are able to do with phones.

Bulk Rename Option in Docs Tab

Need the ability to RENAME in bulk in the docs tab - for example: when a lawyer leaves and the new handling lawyer does not follow the same naming conventions.

It is currently not possible to generate documents for Mass Mailing in Neos. This functionality existed in N4 and N5.

Cloud: Add Shortcut for Folders instead of individual files in case docs

it makes it easier to open up a folder and navigate to the file instead of opening file by file
