Regarding the mass mailing, after watching the video and reading over the description, it looks like this feature is for merging multiple documents for a case not necessarily mass mailing as we envisioned it. What we are looking for is the ability to multiple clients to send a particular letter, i.e., a location relocation, etc.
I’ll go in and run a report and see if I can do a mass mailing that way and let you know.
Can you confirm if this was part of the release and if so, I do not see it.
