Neos-Remove bulk action edit for multiple notes selected

Currently when bulk actioning multiple notes you can edit a note but it will override what was there. To prevent from overriding the same note on multiple items it would be better to not see the edit option.

Option to Have Staff Only See Documents They Uploaded

I would like an option in Neos to have staff only be able to see the documents they upload to cases. Currently, they can see all the documents in a case if they have access to the tab.

Option to create settlement memos as a merge document (add SM merge parameters)

Sync needles contacts with outlook contacts in 5.0

When I am outside the office, I do not have access to contacts unless they have been manually added to outlook. A sync as was available in 4.0 would be very helpful to attorneys who are not in the office very often.

Staff Directory permissions should not control staff dropdowns

We believe enabling the permission should control access to the staff directory itself, not dropdowns that list the staff codes.

You should be able to launch templates (e.g. records request) directly from request tab once you set up the request.

It would be much more efficient to set up the request and then immediately launch the appropriate document template from that request.
