Need a field to store comments or notes attached to a Name that would follow that name anywhere it’s used.
The user should be able to see that there’s a special note associated with that name by some kind of indicator.
Maybe make it function like the Special Note does for cases. i.e. – have a Flag icon visible on the name when there’s a special note associated with that name.
The field should probably store at least 1,000 characters (like Special Note for Case does).
* This request comes up with almost EVERY 3rd-party conversion.
