On Document Generation Screen, ability to search and select a second document should be allowed.

When you are generating a document from the case, if you select one, search for a different number and try to select a second, you lose your original choice. It would be great if we could select more than one this way. This would be much less time...

Avaya IP Cloud as an integration with Neos.

Avaya IP Cloud should be offered as an integration with Neos in addition to ring central. Avaya runs off of Ring Central, so this should be an alternative if a firm would like to use additional phone services.

Option to expand the Transactions within the Value tab

If there are multiple Transactions within one Value Entry item in the Value tab, scrolling to view them all can be cumbersome.
